I noticed there are 2 or 3 pre-built Home page layouts that are packaged with this theme: Restaurant, Hotel and possibly the Extreme one. How easy or not would it be to switch to a markedly different Layout style for a Restaurant after a couple years when the client may get tired of the same homepage?
It's just a showcase on how you can vary content using Milano theme. There are 5 predefind page templates included in the theme. How you will use them depends on your imagination :)
